1. BEFORE CHOOSING US What is PP NONWOVEN PP extend to polypropylene such a non-toxic material of fiber which can be bag or 'Green Bag' is a 100% recyclable, washable and environmentally friendly bag made known in Australia through supermarket. Some other common names as: Non-woven P.P Bag, Non-woven Fabric Bag and Non-woven Spunbond Bag. A Nonwoven fabric can be decomposing naturally under sun in two years but plastic bag wouldn't be decomposed in garbage disposal plant in two hundred years.
How does printing affect cost Print cost varies according to the number of colours in your design and the number of sides the bag is to be printed on. It is not influenced by the size of the print, except on rare occasions when maximum ink coverage is required.
Minimum Quantity Minmum order is 500 units, This varies from product to product, so Contaact Us if you need a quote for lower quantity.
Sample We have a range of samples available for your perusal; Click Products to find the product which suit to your request. Usually sample are free unless we advice you.
Pre-Production Samples Normally we do not offer a production sample it because we have to spend two weeks time to get a confirmation from you on the pre-production sample. However pre-production sample are still available, please contact EMP to find more (Fee apply at Production Sample request).
Lead time All products are Indent from oversea. You will need to allow 7to 9 weeks lead time. Contact us if you have specific deadlines, we will work with you on planning to ensure delivery.
Delivery All orders will be making as Indent in oversea, products will delivery to you via courier once it arrival to sea port. Express and alternative delivery options are also available upon request.
2. LOGO Artwork printing Artwork EMP offers free artwork adjustments so if you do not have your finished artwork, you can just send us your logo or any other graphics in high-resolution digital format and we will create a sample for your approval.
What is PMS Pantone Matching System. A standard set of colors, with each color specified by a number. The Pantone colors can be further broken down into a color separation used by professional printers to calibrate color reproduction.
Printing options Screen Screen is also called Silk-Screening such as most popular and cost effective imprinting option. The logo can be anywhere from 1 to 5 colours. You can also use the bag colour for a bonus 6th colour. Screen works better with big solid patches of colour. For best results, avoid continuous tone (shades to the same colour varying from one area to another). If your logo is more than 5 colours, you will need to eliminate some of them, which any competent graphic designer should be able to do for you. Also remember that the colours showing on your computer screen are usually unlike a printed colour. Please specify a Pantone colour equivalent if a close match is important, but remember that due to the vagaries of the screen process, colour matches will be approximate, not exact.
Full Colour Heat Transfer A premium option that allows you to transfer more complex logos, with essentially an unlimited number of colours, to the bag. In fact, using this option, even a full colour photograph could be applied to our products. Full colour Heat Transfer print is also available for photo like quality. Minimum 3000units and Digital laminated print (minimum 10000units) Minimum order quantities and higher costs apply.

3. ABOUT YOUR PRODUCT SPACIFICATION Size of the Bag Bag can be made at any size as custom. If you not sure what is the best size to suit your requires then just follow the step of our Quote & Order system, we had advice few popular size and the one we recommend.
What colors can I get my bag in We have 35 colours to choose from our standard available list for any quantity orders (See Build Your Own Bag), and for orders of 20,000+ you may choose from any colour in the Pantone Matching System (PMS) range. Furthermore if you have any particular colours but not in the listed, tell us we will check our store unlisted colours to match your request.
What is the fabric weight or thickness Generally speaking we use 80gm material for our standard products, and 100gm for our shopping bags. Messenger bags are occasionally requested in 100gm for the increased fabric rigidity. Heavier grades are slightly more expensive, but 80gm material is enough for most applications. Bags come in different thicknesses ranging from 75 – 120gsm, Normally the bigger size of the bag, the thinker fabric might use. However while some manufactures choose to use grade B/C materials to cut production costs thus leaving products as weak as plastic bags, EMP ensures only the best materials are used prior to production to maintain our high standards of quality.
Handle Length & Material Handles come as a standard carry or over the shoulder length so please specify which length you prefer when ordering. Standard carry handle won't go over the shoulder and is designed to be hand held only. Over the shoulder handles are long enough for hands free, but don't drag on the ground when carried. You can also provide us with your own measurements- all handle lengths are no additional cost. PP material is the most comment, also web Nylon and cotton Rope are popular items.
Label A bag comes with labeled as product of EMP. Also Bar code label is available too. Furthermore Private Label Service is available for reseller.
4. AFTER ORDER WITH US Payment This is customised order such is not resaleable so all orders are request 50% deposit and the balance upon delivery. We accept Cheque, Direct Deposit, and Credit Card payment (1.6% surcharges apply for credit card payment). After payment made please email or FAX through remittance advice.
Order cancel Yes, you can cancel the order after the order confirmation but before the start of mass product. However bags are custom we cannot resell to other. (Cancellation fees may apply)
Loyalty program EMP has a loyalty program for return customers.

What does Indent mean This is a custom factory order which means we produce and decorate the item in an overseas factory. There are minimum quantities required to make this option feasible, lead-time is between 7-10 weeks for sea freight.
